I.T. Engineering Solutions, Inc. provides Direct Hire (perm placement), Contracting, and Contract to Hire services to all of our clients.

On perm placement we charge a percentage of the first year’s salary with a 90 day, 100% money back or free replacement. On contract to hire we do a 3 month right to hire with a zero buyout on the 91st day. If you want to bring one of our contractors on after 3 months they are yours with a zero buyout fee. I.T. & Engineering Solutions, Inc. always provides the pay rate and bill rate so you are comfortable with what we are paying our contractors and what our markup is.
